Pastor Billy & Donise Reed

I have served as the Pastor of Dallas County Cowboy Church for almost three years.  Prior to that my wife and I were involved in Cowboy Church plants in Abilene, Texas and Santa Fe, New Mexico.  We have also been blessed to work with several Cowboy Church reclaimations in various areas throughout Texas.  I have served in the ministry as a Pastor since 2000 and received my undergraduate education from Texas A & M College Station in 1981 and an MDIV from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2015.

I have also completed the Cowboys for Christ Chaplaincy program and maintain my credentials as an Ordained Chaplain through this group on a yearly basis.  My wife and I both have a strong love for the Lord and are always seeking ways to serve, that involve our members and mission work outside the church.  When possible we also enjoy relaxing on the porch . . . working around our property, raising poultry and establishing our small farm for future livestock and horses.

Loyd Baxter

Pastor Loyd has served the Lord at D3C for many years as a Lay Pastor, Elder and upstanding member of many teams.  He has answered the call to ministry and serves as the Associate Pastor handling administrative duties while teaching in small group settings and preaching whenever called upon.  He has a passion for our people and serves as a strong influence both inside the church and outside in the community.  His wife Stephannie serves alongside him and can be found working diligently when called upon herself.

Office Manager: Janice

Janice has served as the glue that holds the administrative part of our wonderful church together for several years and is an integral part of all that goes on at D3C.
